The Providence Revolving Fund (PRF) invests in low- and moderate-income households and neighborhoods using affordable loans that build wealth and improve neighborhoods, particularly in communities of color. We strive to stimulate equitable community revitalization that reflects neighborhood values and that promotes access to housing and economic opportunity for all.
PRF provides Developers with customisable financing including but not limited to Pre-Development, Construction, Bridge, and Mezzanine loans. Priority is given to projects that promote deed restricted mixed income projects where there is a preservation component.
Small businesses with 10 or fewer employees have easy access to loans up to $5000 for working capital, expansion, fixtures, lease-hold improvements, inventory, or even business start-up costs.
